Position Overview

As a BCBA at AOK, you will oversee clinical programming for children with autism and developmental delays in home, school, and community settings across Virginia. You’ll design treatment plans, mentor technicians, collaborate with families, and help shape high-quality clinical systems as we grow.

The primary function of the Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) is to plan, develop, and monitor variety of behavioral support service delivery options to meet the needs of clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and/or other behavioral and social/communication challenges. The BCBA also consults with team members regarding pro-active, educational, programming, and behavioral supports; develops and implements comprehensive treatment plans; and collaborates with team members, related services providers, families, and other agencies as appropriate. 

EDUCATION AND TRAINING REQUIREMENTS 

· Master's Degree or PhD 

· CPR and First Aid

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT 

· 2+ years of BCBA experience preferred. 

· Strong clinical skills and experience demonstrating excellence in problem-solving, collaboration and clinical competencies in providing services to students with disabilities and their families. 

· Prior experience working with students with severe social, communication and behavioral deficits. 

· Knowledge of best practices in the treatment of autism and experience working with individuals with autism and their families. 

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATION 

· Criminal background check that is free of felonies or any offenses involving child abuse, sexual abuse, domestic violence and/or drug or alcohol related charges. 

· Valid driver's license, clear traffic abstract and proof of car insurance 

· Active BACB Certification 

· Licensed as a Behavior Analyst in the state of New York

The primary function of the Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) is to plan, develop, and monitor variety of behavioral support service delivery options to meet the needs of clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and/or other behavioral and social/communication challenges. We are seeking reliable, motivated professionals who are comfortable working independently in family homes while receiving consistent supervision from a BCBA.

Schedule

• Part-time
• Minimum 15 hours per week required
• Cases available between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Daytime and afternoon cases available
• Consistent weekly assignments

Compensation

$20 – $30 per hour (based on experience and credentials)
